STHIRA Holistic Health Centre, Bengaluru is the destination to redefine one’s health by using various drugless therapies. Sthira has Complementary and Alternative therapies such as Acupuncture, Acupressure, Cupping, Manipulation, General Yoga & Yoga therapy, Naturopathy along with Physiotherapy, Diet & Nutrition. The Centre has a strong dedicated team to provide various Stress Management techniques, program on Cardiac rehabilitation, Prenatal and Postnatal wellbeing sessions, De-addiction program, Counselling and much more along with treatments for a wide range of health problems.

Manipulation Techniques

The procedure includes using hands or a small tool to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues. . It is a therapeutic approach to treat painful conditions.

Cupping

Cupping is unknown to many, but this adjunctive therapeutic practice offers numerous benefits to the patients.

Physiotherapy (Exercise and Electrotherapy):

Dr. Padmanabha Shettigar, BNYS, D.Ac has 24 years of professional experience, has worked in both India and UAE. He served as Medical Officer and Lecturer in SDM Yoga & Nature cure hospital/College, Dharmasthala, Karnataka for 4 years before receiving the UAE License in the year 2002. Since, then he has worked in Abu Dhabi for 20 years in various multispecialty Hospitals. Now available at Sthira Holistic Health Centre as Managing Director and Consultant.
